摘要
分析我院药品不良反应(ADR)的相关因素,为临床合理用药提供依据。对2007年我院收集到的88例ADR报告进行统计分析。88例临床病例报告中涉及药品45种,其中抗感染药25种,58例次,占65.91%。大于60岁的老人发生不良反应最多,占29.55%。药品不良反应的发生与多种因素有关;合理用药是降低ADR发生的关键;临床应重视ADR的上报工作。
The related factors of ADRs from our hospital were analyzed so that some basises of rational drug use might be got. 88 Cases of ADRs collected from our hospital in 2007 were analyzed. In the 88 cases, 45 kinds of drugs were involved. In which, there were 25 （58 cases, 65. 91%） kinds of drug were belonging to anti--infection drugs. The most patients （about 29. 55%） who had ADR were old people over 60 years old. ADR may be caused by many factors. Rational drug use is the key to lower ADR. The most attention shoud be paid to reporting.
