摘要
分析我院静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)的不合理医嘱情况,评估药师在处方审核中的作用。调查我院2006年5月至2007年6月PIVAS药师所记录的不合理用药医嘱,对其进行统计分析,总共记录不合理用药医嘱369张,其中经医师更正的医嘱353张,占95.66%。结果表明,药师在处方审核和临床合理用药方面起着重要的作用。
To analyze the irrational medical orders of pharmacy intravenous admixture services （PIVAS） in our hospital and evaluate the effects of pharmacist on examining prescriptions. The irrational prescriptions recorded by pharmacist from May 2006 to June 2007 were statistically analyzed. The total irrational prescriptions were 369 and 353 which account 95. 66% were corrected by doctors among them. The research shows that pharmacist is making a very important role on examining prescriptions and clinical rational administration.
