摘要
在我国经济发展的关键时期,经济法本着社会本位的价值取向,妥善处理政府与市场在经济发展中的相互关系,并在此前提下积极营造良好的市场运行环境,努力实现公平、正义的社会道德。正是通过这些举措,经济法得以有效地平衡与协调经济领域中的利益冲突,在构建社会主义和谐社会过程中发挥着自己特殊的作用。
During the critical period of economy development in China, based on the social standard orientation, Economic Law tries to create good environment for the market operating to make a fair and righteous society by dealing with the mutual relationship between the government and the market. By doing so, Economic Law can effectively deal with the conflict of interest in economy and play its special role in constructing harmonious society in China.
