滤饼洗涤在柠檬酸生产中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 在前人研究的基础上推导出不同洗涤率下多级逆流洗涤方程.再通过计算机计算模拟实际过程,并以柠檬酸生产中酸解过程硫酸钙悬浮液为物料进行过滤洗涤试验研究.并将计算值与之相比较,结果表明:试验值和计算值基本一致.该方法可用于其它相似过程. In this paper- the equation of multi-staged countercurrent washing process wasderived under the condition of different wash ratio, and practical process was simulated bycomputer according to thc equation. At the same time, the suspension of calcuim sulphate andcitric acid in citric acid production was taken as research object and the test of cake filtration andwash was conducted. The result showed that the value obtained from tests basically accorded withthe data calculated.
