嵌入式Web服务器在奶牛场网络化系统中的应用

摘要 为了提高奶牛场现代化管理水平,实现信息共享网络管理,采用基于ARM-μC/OSⅡ的嵌入式Web服务器技术,设计了基于B/S模式的挤奶参数远程监控系统。采用多任务并行的实时操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ,使用ZLG/IP协议栈,在LPC2214微处理器和RTL8019AS网络控制芯片组成的嵌入式系统上实现了B/S模式Web服务器的建立。ZLG/IP软件开发包的应用缩短了程序开发的周期,降低了网络程序开发的难度,操作系统的移植提高了编程的可靠性和灵活性。用户通过网络主机访问服务器的IP地址就可以浏览系统参数,作出管理决策。系统实现了奶牛场生产信息实时、远程监测的功能,同时,系统的应用降低了奶牛场生产和管理成本。 A milking parameter monitor system based on B/S model and technology of embedded Web server based on ARM- C/OSⅡ was designed to improve diary farm modern management and to carry out information share and network management. Multi-task real-time operating system C/OSⅡ and the ZLG/IP protocol stack were utilized in the embedded system,whose hardware were composed of microcontroller LPC2214 and network controller RTL8019AS, im- plementing a B/S model Web service. The use of ZLG/IP shorten the development cycle and reduced the difficulty of development. Transplant of the operating system made the program more reliable and flexible. System parameter can be browsed from host PC by access server's IP address in the same network to make managing decision. The system provided real-time and long-distance monitoring on productivity information of the diary farm and declined the cost of product and management.
