摘要
为解决MC模式中的关键问题和制约该模式推广的瓶颈——如何处理规模生产效应同客户个性化需求之间的矛盾,将MC同供应链管理相结合进行研究,以发挥供应链体系优良的柔性运作特征在解决上述问题中的优势。着重分析了MC运作于供应链环境时所面临的主要制约因素及其解决途径以及主导矛盾的缓解机制。通过案例讨论验证了所提思路的可行性及运作效用,为在实际中解决MC的关键和难点问题提供了理论参考。
To solve key problems of mass customization (MC) and to settle the bottleneck in promoting MC, i.e., to deal with the relationship between mass production efficiency and customer personal customized demand, this paper combines MC with supply chain management, so as to apply flexible operation advantages of supply chain systems to solving the problems. The paper analyzes mainly major constraints, with Which methods are used to deal, and ways to alleviate dominant contradictions when MC is operated in supply chain environment. A case is employed to test the feasibility and the effectiveness of the approach presented in the paper.
