摘要
本文综述了量子阱包络态跃迁和它的光学，光电子学性质，介绍了基于这种新型红外跃迁的微微秒集成光学逻辑和光计算机。
:In this paper,the quantum well envelope state transition and its optical and optoelectronic properties are surveyed.A prototype design of a picosecond integrated optical logic gate and a conceptual optical computer system based on this new type of infrared transition are recommended.
