摘要
本文研究了一种用于光纤陀螺的ＧａＡｓ集成光学芯片。该芯片由分束器、极化器、相位调制器及单模波导组成。芯片总的尺寸约２２ｍｍ×０．５ｍｍ，远小于用ＬｉＮｂＯ３制作的同类芯片。
:In this paper,an integrated optical chip fabricated on the substrate of GaAs for optical fiber gyroscope(OFG)is presented.The chip is composed of polarizer,beam splitter,phase modulator and singlemode waveguide.The chip is much smaller than that fabricated on LiNbO3,and the size is about 22mm×0.5mm.
