摘要
农民增收是解决农业、农村和农民问题的关键,也是社会主义新农村和和谐社会建设的基本要求。通过对农民收入结构的变化趋势以及影响农民收入增长的因素的分析,从金融视角提出了构建农民增收长效机制的应对措施与建议。
Increasing farmer＇s income is not only the key to solve the problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers, but also the basic requirements in constructing a new socialist countryside and a harmonious society. This paper analyses the changing trend of farmers＇ income structure and explores the main factors hindering the rise of the peasants＇ income. Finally, it has also put forward some suggestions and measures on the long effective mechanism of farmers＇ income increasing from the financial perspective.
