摘要
牙齿表面形态的设计技术是口腔CAD/CAM系统的关键环节之一,修复体表面形态的设计和修改将对患者患牙咬合的舒适性有重要影响。研究了一种基于细分空间连续的修复体表面局部变形设计算法,首先由初始网格抽取牙齿模型的特征控制网;其次利用Loop细分构造细分连续空间;接着通过建立局部坐标的参数化方法,映射修复体模型到细分连续空间;最后通过直观、实时调整特征控制网格修改细分空间,进行修复体形态的局部变形设计。通过前、后磨牙的变形设计应用实例证实本研究算法的有效性、稳定性。
Dental CAD/CAM offers the prospects of drastically reducing the time to provide service to patients. The design of tooth model surface is one of the key steps of dental CAD/CAM, This paper presents a novel method based on the subdivision space deformation to realize the tooth local deformation. The mapping relation between the tooth model and the subdivision space is built by the local parameterized process. During the local design process feature control mesh that is simplified from the initial mesh is modified by the user, then the change is passed to the sub.division space with Loop subdivision rule. Finally, the tooth model shape is adjusted according to the deformation of subdivision space. Some examples are tested in this work and the results demonstrated that the proposed algorithm is effective and feasible.
