摘要
目前基于超声引导的HIFU治疗系统尚无低费用、实时、有效的监控方法。提出一种基于B超的图像方法,分析HIFU焦域位置相关矢量场与HIFU对软组织造成的束损伤间的关系。采用新鲜猪肉组织为标本,对其进行不同剂量的HIFU分组辐照,获取辐照前后的B超图像,并记录软组织相应的损伤程度,同时记录植入式热电偶测得的参考温度。对辐照前后HIFU焦域位置B超图像进行二维亚像素级互相关分析。结果表明,B超图像亚像素级相关分析矢量场可反映组织发生凝固性坏死的位置,其相关距离可以反映组织束损伤程度。基于B超图像相关性的亚像素级监控方法,可以帮助HIFU临床医生实时有效地监控HIFU束损伤程度,及时调整HIFU治疗剂量,提高治疗效果。
Nowadays, there is still no low-cost, real time, efficient method for monitoring ultrasound based HIFU therapy. We proposed a B-mode ultrasound image (BUI) based method to analysis the relationship between tissue damage and cress-correlation vector field at HIFU focus area. Porcine muscle was chosen as in vitro sample, which was exposed under different HIFU doses. Tissue's BUIs, relative temperatures and damage degree were recoded during experiments. The results showed that sub-pixel cress-correlation vector field could reflect the ablation lesions position. Correlation distance could help to determine the degree of the beam ablation lesions. Ultrasound image based sub-pixel level method can provide help in monitoring HIFU lesion degree and adjusting HIFU dose in clinical application for better effect.
