摘要
我国所谓新药目前以仿制为主,进行新药自主创新模式研究意义重大.在对我国新药技术创新模式现状研究的基础上,提出一种具有中国特色的新药自主创新模式,并以抗肿瘤新药"H101"的研发过程为例,具体验证该模式的可行性和有效性,最后提出一些相关政策建议.
The imitation is the main means to produce new drugs in China at present. It＇s necessary to study on mode for new drug independent innovation. It analyzes the actuality of Chinese new drug technological innovation, brings forward a mode for new drug independent innovation which has the Chinese feature. Based on the case of anti-tumor new drug H101, it validates the availability of the mode. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions.
