摘要
本文对某一飞机制造厂的工艺分工过程作了详细的分析,统计了飞机零组件的各种特征,并根据这些特征设计了全机零组件工艺分工编码系统.该系统为将来采用计算机辅助工艺分工提供了描述零组件特征的手段.
The machining process planning methods adopted in an aircraft manufacturer are fully analyzed and the statistics of part characteristics is given in this paper. A classification coding system for process planning is developed according to the statistics of part characteristics, which shall provide the function of part description in computer aided process classification in future.
