摘要
人格魅力是高校辅导员实施个性化教育必备的内在素养，它是在千头万绪的辅导员工作实践中逐渐培养起来的，具体表现在五个方面，即做“明白人”、“贴心人”、“领路人”、“大贤人”、“责任人”。一个辅导员若养成了令人敬仰的人格魅力，他就拥有了一笔受益终生的工作财富。
Personality charm is the intrinsic quality that university counselors should possess to conduct individualized education. Cultivated gradually in a counselor＇ s work practice, it is manifested concretely in the following five aspects： understanding students, being students＇ close friend, giving guidance to students, being a virtuous and responsible person. If a counselor has developed the respectable personality charm, he possesses the work wealth beneficial to him all his life.
