详细地分析了模具制造在机加工和电加工以及热处理等加工工艺过程中出现模块变形和裂纹等现象,针对性地提出了降低模块变形几率,防止裂纹产生的有效措施,对提高模具加工质量、延长模具寿命具有一定的现实意义。
The phenomena of die distortion and crack, which usually appear in the die manufacturing processes such as machining, electro-machining and heat treatment, were elaborated. Effective measures were presented to reduce the possibility of die distortion and prevent crack generation. These measures were of great realistic significance in advancing die processing quality and prolonging die life.
