摘要
应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定中药材中铅,优化了实验条件(观测高度、溶液酸度、载气、屏蔽气、还原剂浓度),建立的方法准确、快捷,测定铅的线性范围为2.5-40μg·L^-1,线性相关系数R=0.9999。方法的加标回收率为96%~101%、精密度为2.1%-3.6%、方法最小检出限为0.05mg·kg^-1。
A method for determination of Pb content in five kinds of Chinese traditional herb by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established. The method optimized instruments conditions ( monitor position, solution acidity, carrier gas flow rate, shield gas flow rate and reducing agent concentration). The method is accurate and rapid, linearity range was:2.5 -40μg·L^-1 (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 96% - 101%, RSD was :2.1%-3.6% and limit of determination was 0.05mg·kg^-1.
