摘要
应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定中药材中铅，优化了实验条件（观测高度、溶液酸度、载气、屏蔽气、还原剂浓度），建立的方法准确、快捷，测定铅的线性范围为2．5-40μg·L^-1，线性相关系数R=0．9999。方法的加标回收率为96％～101％、精密度为2．1％-3．6％、方法最小检出限为0．05mg·kg^-1。
A method for determination of Pb content in five kinds of Chinese traditional herb by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established. The method optimized instruments conditions （ monitor position, solution acidity, carrier gas flow rate, shield gas flow rate and reducing agent concentration）. The method is accurate and rapid, linearity range was：2.5 -40μg·L^-1 （r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 96% - 101%, RSD was ：2.1%-3.6% and limit of determination was 0.05mg·kg^-1.
