摘要
利用高温固相反应法制备CaSnO3:Eu3+发光体,采用X射线衍射(XRD)技术和荧光光谱等测试手段对样品进行研究.结果表明:Eu3+离子的掺杂未改变CaSnO3的晶体结构;Ca1-xEuxSnO3样品的发射以电偶极跃迁5D0-7F2为主,在紫外光照射下产生强的红光发射;Ca1-xEuxSnO3样品在240~340 nm范围内存在Eu3+-O2-电荷迁移吸收带,随着Eu3+掺杂浓度x的增加,吸收带峰位从276 nm红移到281 nm附近.
CaSnO3: Eu^3+ powder samples with various Eu^3+ were prepared by a solid state reaction method and their characteristics were investigated by the use of XRD and fluorescence spectra. The XRD results show that the crystal structure of Eu^3+ doped CaSnO3 is the same as that of CaSnO3. Under UV excitation, the CaSnO3:Eu phosphor exhibits red emission which is assigned to the 5D0-^7F2 electric-dipole transition. The excitation spectra of Ca1-xEuxSnO3 shows Eu^3+-O^2- charge-transfer bands(240-340nm) with the maximum changing from 276nm to 281 nm by increasing the Eu^3+ concentration (x = 0.005-0.03) .
