摘要
针对CK6140数控车床在生产过程中因刀架定位精度不准确出现零件加工精度不稳定,导致工件报废现象。分析了故障原因和检修步骤。
CK6140 CNC lathes in the production process because of turret positioning accuracy is not accurate in precision machining parts of instability, leading to the workpiece scrapped phenomenon, the reasons for failure and repair steps were analyzed.
