摘要
根据系统工程和价值工程原理，借鉴泰国湾优快钻井经验，提出了适合渤海油田钻井特点的快节奏作业方式和激励性管理模式。介绍了９项配套的钻井技术和５项规范的管理方法。渤海油田３项科学钻井试验的结果表明，采用新的技术和方法能显著提高钻井速度和降低钻井成本，必将促进海洋油气勘探和开发水平的进一步提高。
According to the principle of systematic engineering and value engineering,and draw on the experience of good quallity and high speed drilling in Thailand Gulf,the operation way and management mode were put forward with regard to the drilling properties of Bohai Oilfield.9 kinds of drilling technology and 5 kinds of management method were introduced.The successful experience of 3 drilling tests in Bohai Oilfield show that the techniques can dramatically improve penetration rate and save cost,and should push forward offshore drilling activity.
