本文通过分析IGBT的结构及安全工作区,解释了在实际应用中可能造成其损坏的原因,并利用硬件电路结合单片机的控制程序对弧焊逆变电源的IGBT采取相应措施进行保护,从而确保了IGBT安全可靠地工作。
The reasons of IGBT damagedin applicationare explained by analyzing structure and safety work areas of IGBT. The fitting measuresto protection to the IGBT of the arc-welding inverter power are also carried by using the hardware electric circuit and the controlling procedures of singlechip. These measures above are proved to be effective.
