摘要
氚提取系统是聚变堆液态锂铅回路中最重要的辅助系统之一,其主要功能是通过低压吹洗气载带法连续从液态锂铅鼓泡器中提取氚,必须实现高可靠性和安全性的自动控制。为此,初步设计聚变堆液态锂铅回路氚提取系统的软件,内容包括总体、界面、菜单、目录设计和主要变量设置。设计目标为软件模块和软件主要数据/数据文件间的流程,满足氚提取系统调试和连续运行要求,基本实现软件控制同位素分离装置多个加热器、冷却器、换热器、气动阀的开关和功率,测量实验界面中多个模拟信号的功能和特性。软件相关参数、模块、变量的模拟运行证实了设计方案的可行性。
The Tritium Extraction System (TES) is one of the most important ancillary system in liquid lithium lead loop for fusion reactor, generally, the main function of TES is to extract tritium produced in liquid LiPb bubble by low pressure purge gas, so auto-control of TES must realize high reliability and safety. This paper is intended for providing a primary software design of TES of liquid LiPb loop for fusion reactor, including overall design, interface design, menu design, catalogue design and main variation establishment. It is design goal that the interaction between software module and main data/data files meets the tritium extraction system demands of regulation and consecutive run and realizes software functions and specific properties, including to control on-off and power of heaters, coolers, recuperators and pneumatic control vavles in isotope separation system and to measure simulative signals of experiment interface. The simulative run results of software parameters, modules and variations validate that the design scheme can achieve the anticipated objectives of TES.
