摘要
1000MW锅炉钢结构大板梁(叠梁)制作的关键在于焊接、变形控制和大板梁的翻身抬吊三方面,所有工装胎架、制作方法都围绕这三点展开。结合实际工程,对这三个方面的控制进行深入探讨。
The key to the fabrication of large panel steel beam for a boiler (1 000 MW) is the welding, the control of deformation as well as turning over and lifting of the large panel beam. All the bed-jigs and fabrication methods are developed according to the said three respects. It is explored that the control of them by combining actual projects.
