摘要
针对采用煤矸石作路基填料可能存在的路基病害,采用筛分试验、击实试验、固结试验、渗透试验、承载比试验和直剪试验,深入研究了掺土对煤矸石工程力学特性的影响。在煤矸石中掺入一定比例的黏土,煤矸石在细小颗粒含量增加的同时,粒组不连续分布程度不同程度地存在加剧;击实曲线变得相对平缓,最优含水量增大;煤矸石的渗透系数随之减小;在同等压实状态下,煤矸石的压缩模量、CBR值及其抗剪强度均有不同程度的增加。采用掺土煤矸石作路基填料,其强度完全满足路基设计要求。在此基础上,结合济东高速公路大型模拟试验路堤及实体工程试验路段试验研究,研究了煤矸石路基的填筑工艺,提出了相应合理的路基填筑质量控制标准及其检测方法,为煤矸石在高速公路工程中的应用提供了可靠的技术保证。
In consideration of the problems for roadbed with coal gangue fillings, effects of the engineering mechanical properties of coal gangue mixed with clay was thoroughly studied through compaction test, consolidation test,permeability test, CBR test and direct shear test. The results show that the addition of clay to the coal gangue in certain proportion can increase the content of fine particles as well as intensify the discontinuous distribution of particle groups. The compaction curves become relatively flatter, and with the increase in the optimum moisture content, the permeability coefficient reduces. The compression modulus, CBR value and shear strength increase under the same compression condition. Moreover, based on the tests of large-scale embankment simulation and engineering of the Jidong highway, the techniques for roadbed filling with coal gangue were studied. Standards and detection methods for roadbed reclamation quality are proposed to provide a technical reliability for application of coal gangue in highway engineering.
