树立正确的节能理念,培育求实的节能意识是推动节能最积极的内在动力。构建由政府主导、以市场为导向、社会普遍关注、公众便于接受的运作机制是将节能落实到终端的关键。对直接节能和间接节能的措施进行了全面介绍,节能是一片有资源潜力的富矿,存在着许多有待发掘的机会。
Establishing correct energy-saving ideas and cultivating a realistic energy-saving awareness is the most active internal power to promote energy saving. Constructing the implementation mechanism of government-leading, market-oriented, community concerning and convenient acceptance for the public is the key to carry out end-user energy saving. The article introduces the direct and indirect energy saving measures. Energy saving is a rich potential resource which has many opportunities yet to be explored.
