摘要
本文介绍了ControlNet总线技术特点,并将其应用到PECVD设备的控制系统中。试验结果表明,采用ControlNet总线控制技术,PECVD设备淀积薄膜的质量有明显地提高。
In this paper,the characters of ControlNet network are introduced,and it is applied to PECVD.Experiment shows that quality of the film deposited in PECVD is improved.
