镜鲤胸腺细胞中ARFC细胞的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 在镜鲤胸腺免疫功能的研究中,利用自身红细胞花环(A花环)试验发现镜鲤胸腺细胞中存在自身红细胞花环(A花环)形成细胞(ARFC),约占胸腺细胞总数的5.9%-13.0%,血液淋巴细胞中一般无ARFC,当腹腔注射丝裂原植物血凝素(PHA)后,也可检出1%-3%的ARFC。PHA和自身血清可增强A花环形成能力。镜鲤胸腺细胞A花环在4℃和25℃下均比较稳定,与人和哺乳动物中的A花环对温度极敏感不同。 Autologous rosette fomaing cells (ARFC) are found with a proportion of 5.9%-13.0% in total number of thymocytes in Cyprinus caprio. No ARFC were detected in blood lymph ocytes. But a proportion of 1%-3 % ARFC was seen in blood lymphocytes when mitogen phytohaemagglutinin ( PHA )was injected intraperitoneally. It is also found that the capability of the auto-rosette formation might be improved by the injection of mitogen PHA and auto-serum . The ARFCs are relatively stable at temperatures of 4℃ and 25℃ ,differing from human and mammal ARFC which are sensitive to temperature
