摘要
为探索符合老年人生理特点的痔病治疗方法，采用肛管固化、肛管压力平衡、肛管复位等措施对130例各类痔病进行了治疗（A组）。术后（3±2．3）d后无疼痛，无出血，无尿潴留，外翻黏膜回缩,排便通畅，无任何并发症，治愈率100％，与分段结扎治疗环状混合痔（B组）的治愈时间（9．5±1．9）d相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，非手术的综合措施足老年人痔病的良好治疗方法。
For the purpose of probing into the better therapy of adapting the physiological characteristics of elder hemorrhoids patients, 130 elder cases with various hemorrhoids were treated with anal solidification, pressure balance and anal reposition（group A）. The curative time was （3±2.3）days and the curative rate was 100%,without any complication such as pain,bleeding and urinary retention and extroversive mucous membrance retraction,and the bowel movement is unobstructed. Compared with the curative time（ 9.5±1.9）days of segmental ligation for circular mixed hemorrhoids（group B） the difference has statistic significance（ P 〈0.05）. Above-mentioned non-surgery comprehensive method is better therapy for the elder patients with various hemorrhoids,is worth being extended.
