儿童股骨颈骨折25例治疗分析

摘要 目的探讨儿童股骨颈骨折的治疗方法。方法对25例儿童股骨颈骨折的治疗进行回顾性总结。对无明显移位或移位较轻的骨折采用手法复位、牵引及髋人字石膏外固定8例,对骨折有明显移位者行切开复位、两枚螺纹钉加一枚克氏针或一枚螺纹钉加两枚克氏针"品"字形内固定、髋人字石膏外固定17例。结果25均例均获随访,23例骨折愈合良好,并发股骨头缺血坏死1例,股骨颈感染1例。结论对儿童股骨颈骨折应根据其骨折移位程度采取不同治疗方法,对有移位者宜尽早手术,采用切开复位、螺纹钉加克氏针共三枚"品"字形内固定及石膏外固定治疗,效果良好。
