摘要
为了认清哈尔滨冰雪旅游的形势,以此促进哈尔滨冰雪旅游的发展,采取定量分析、走访调查和定性分析相结合的研究方法,对2007年哈尔滨冰雪旅游发展现状进行了简要的概述和评析,并对哈尔滨冰雪旅游未来发展趋势进行了预测,认为哈尔滨政府主导功能应进一步强化,旅游法规体系要进一步完善,管理机制需进一步理顺,使产业链条不断延长,与冰雪旅游相关的主要行业都需优化发展和布局调整,以此来提高哈尔滨冰雪旅游的影响力和核心竞争力。
In order to develop the Harbin ice - snow tourism, it＇s necessary to get a clear understanding of its current situation. With the methods of quantitative analysis, investigation and qualitative analysis, the article has a brief research on the current development and future tendency of Harbin ice - snow tourism. For continuously extending industrial chain and heighten the influence and core competitive power of Harbin ice - snow tourism in 2007 year, it thinks that Harbin government should strenghen its leading role, perfect the law and rule system of tourism, further improve the management mechanism, optimize the development and layout of interrelated main industries.
