摘要
加强对黑龙江省冰雪运动后备人才培养的研究,已成为保证黑龙江省冰雪运动可持续发展的当务之急。如何利用大冬会这一良好契机,改善黑龙江省冰雪运动后备人才培养现状,是一个值得深入研究和探讨的课题。通过走访调查、文献资料调研与逻辑分析,认为2009年哈尔滨大冬会的举办将推动黑龙江省经济发展,扩大冰雪运动影响;改善冰雪场馆的条件与数量,使基础训练得到保证;完善冰雪运动后备人才培养体制,提高冰雪运动在青少年中的普及程度;促进各级教练员对外交流提高业务水平,推进冰雪运动后备人才培养工作。
For enabling the sustainable development of winter sports in Heilongjiang province, it＇s urgent affairs to reinforce the research of winter sports reserve training of this province. ItS a worthwhile research problem how to improve the training status of Heilongjiang winter sports reserve by catching the historic opportunity of world university winter games. With the methods of interview and documentary information and logical analysis, the article considers that the Harbin 2009 world university winter games will advance the economic development of Heilongjiang province, widen the influence of winter sports, improve the conditions of winter sports competition to enable the basic training, develop the training system of winter sports reserve, heighten the popularization of winter sports among the teenagers, promote the coaches＇special capability, increase the winter sports trend of policy and fund from the government, progress the training work of winter sports reserve.
