摘要
电动负载模拟器是地面模拟飞行器在飞行过程中舵面所受气动载荷的一种通用方法。从分析电动加载台结构出发,建立了系统的数学模型,提出加入多路前馈和负反馈的方法抑制系统的多余力矩,提高系统的加载精度。基于系统数学模型进行了仿真实验,得到最佳控制参数,仿真结果与加载台实验效果接近,验证了此方法的有效性。
Electric load simulator(ELS) simulates various aerodynamic loads on the aircraft rudders while flying, which is a current method in lab. Started with analysing ELS' s structure, the mathematic model was established. The scheme that using complex feedforward and feedback control to restrain the disturbance torque and increase the precision of ELS was put forward. Simulation were carried out based on the mathematic model with optimal parameters. Simulation results are equivalent to real system' s, which validates the validity of the method.
