单辊法制备Mg7Zn2Y合金条带的显微组织与性能

摘要 以单辊旋铸法制备出来的不同转速的Mg7Zn2Y合金薄条带为研究对象,利用OM、XRD、SEM及EDS分析技术研究了其显微组织特征和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:单辊旋铸法制备Mg7Zn2Y过程中,工艺参数对显微组织形态、组成以及腐蚀性能有重要影响,发现在1200转/min转速条件制备的薄合金条带的组织和腐蚀性能比低速(600转/min)和铸态Mg7Zn2Y组织和耐腐蚀性能优良。 The ribbons of Mg7Zn2Y alloys were obtained by single roll technique under different roller-speed conditions. The samples obtained were characterized by Optical Microscopy (OM), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Energy Disperse Spectroscopy (EDS). The results indicated that the choice of the process parameters has a great impact on the microstructure, chemical composition and corrosion resistance during preparing the ribbons of melt-spun Mg7Zn2Y alloy by single roll casting technology. The microstructure and corrosion resistance of the ribbons prepared at the speed of 1200 RPM are better compared with the ribbons prepared at a low-speed (600 RPM).
