摘要
采用沉淀法,通过控制合成条件制备出了具有不同晶相结构和孔结构特性的ZrO2。采用N2吸附、XRD、NH3-TPD及CO2-TPD等不同测试技术对ZrO2的晶相结构和孔结构特性进行了系统的表征研究。结果表明:较高温度和长时间老化沉淀物所制备的ZrO2,经焙烧后倾向于形成四方相;而常温及短时间老化沉淀物所制备的ZrO2,经焙烧后则倾向于形成单斜相。随着ZrO2焙烧温度的升高,其孔径增大,而比表面积、孔容和表面酸碱性减小。
Zr02 with different crystalline structure and surface property were prepared via regulating synthesis coaditions of precipitation. The crystalline structure and surface property of Zr02 were studied systematically by means of N2 adsorption, XRD, NH3 - TPD, C02 - TPD and other test techniques. The results indicated that aging of precipitate with higher temperature and longer time was inclined to form tetragonal ZrO2 after Calcinations, while aging of precipitate with mona temperature and shorter time was inclined to form monoclinic ZrO2 after calcinations. Increasing the calcinations temperature, the pore size distribution of ZzO2 ahifted toward larger size, and the specific surface areas, pore volume, as well as the acidity and basicity decreased.
