利用玉米芯半纤维素水解液发酵制备木糖醇的研究 被引量:1

摘要 玉米芯是廉价的可再生资源,利用玉米芯半纤维素水解液发酵生产木糖醇,与传统的加氢催化工艺相比,具有原料成本低、反应条件温和、能耗小、产品质量好等优势。文章通过对木糖醇发酵液进行浓缩并投加适量晶种的情况下用结晶法分离出高纯度的木糖醇晶体,研究了适宜的结晶提取条件为:初始木糖醇浓度730g/L,结晶温度-8℃,木糖醇晶种为1.2‰。 Corncob is a kind of cheap renewable resource. The bioconversion of hemicellulosic hydrolysate to xylitol by microorganisms could be a cheaper alternative to the traditional chemical process since it is a simple process, with great specificity and low energy re- quirements. In this paper, highly purified xylitol crystal yield(57.5%) was obtained from concentrated xylitol broth(730g/L of xylitol), at temperature ( -8℃) by adding 1.2‰ xylitol crystal seeds.
