摘要
目的总结成釉细胞瘤的X线特点。方法对病理确诊的有完整X线资料的153例成釉细胞瘤病例的X线表现进行回顾性分析,比较不同组织病理类型的成釉细胞瘤X线表现。结果①本组包含一般型成釉细胞瘤96例,单囊型成釉细胞瘤57例;有多房型X线影像82例(53.59%),单房型X线影像71例(46.41%);②本组一般型成釉细胞瘤X线表现为单房型35例(36.46%),多房型61例(63.54%)。本组单囊型成釉细胞瘤X线表现为单房型36例(63.16%);多房型21例(36.84%);两种组织类型中单房型和多房型X线表现率比较有显著统计学差异(P(0.05)。③本组有滤泡型成釉细胞瘤13例,其中X线表现为蜂窝型7例(53.85%);非滤泡型一般型成釉细胞瘤83例,X线表现为蜂窝型5例(6.02%)。二组中蜂窝型X线表现所占比例比较有显著差异(P(0.05)。结论单囊型成釉细胞瘤主要表现为单房型影像,一般型成釉细胞瘤主要表现为多房型影像,蜂窝型影像多见于滤泡型成釉细胞瘤。
Objective To investigate the radiologic features of ameloblastomas.Methods The radiologic characteristics of 153 cases of ameloblastomas were analyzed,and radiologic appearance patterns of both classic ameloblastoma and unicystic ameloblastoma were compared with each other.Results ① The series consisting of 96 cases of classic ameloblastoma and 57 cases of unicystic ameloblastoma,were composed of 82 cases with multilocular appearance（53.59%） and 71 cases with unilocular appearance（46.41%）.② The series of classic ameloblastomas were composed of 35 cases with unilocular appearance（36.46%） and 61 cases with multilocular appearance（63.54%）;The series of unicystic ameloblastoma were composed of 36 cases with unilocular appearance（63.16%） and 21 cases with multilocular appearance（36.84%）.Both the occurrence ratio of unilocular appearance and that of multilocular appearance existed significant diffrence statistically between classic ameloblastoma and unicystic ameloblastoma（P﹤0.05）.③ The series consisted of 13 cases of follicular type,which included 7 cases with honeycomb appearance（53.85%）,and 83 cases of non-follicular type,which included 5 cases with honeycomb appearance（6.02%）.And the occurrence ratios of those with honeycomb appearance existed significant difference between follicular ameloblastoma and non-follicular ameloblastoma（P﹤0.05）.Conclusion Unicystic ameloblastoma presents with unilocular radiologic appearance more than classic ameloblastoma,and multicystic ameloblastoma present with multilocular radiologic appearance more than unicystic ameloblastoma.The honeycomb radiologic appearance occurrs in follicular type ameloblastoma more than non-follicular type.
