摘要
作者对86例有胆总管探查指征的择期手术的胆囊结石患者采用小号刮匙和取石钳经胆囊管行胆总管探查和取石术。结果经胆囊管取出胆总管结石75例,经胆囊管将胆总管结石推入十二指肠11例。与传统的胆总管切开探查取石术比较,本法术后恢复快、住院时间短。本组病例无并发症及死亡。作者认为在适宜患者经胆囊管行胆总管探查取石优于传统的胆总管切开探查取石术。此技术是安全和有效的。
In this report,the authors use small gallstone spoon and clamp successfully removed choledocholith through dilated cystic duct in 86 cases of gallstones undergoing selected cholecystectomy in which choledochotomy was otherwise indicated.Compared to traditional choledocholithotomy our method benifits the patients with quick recovery,short hospitalization.There were no complications re- lated to this manoeuver nor mortality,hence it is useful and safe in selected patients.
