慢性硬脑膜下血肿液中的嗜酸性粒细胞浸润 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨慢性硬脑膜下血肿液中高嗜酸性粒细胞比例病人的临床特点。方法钻孔手术时抽取血肿原液,检查白细胞计数及分类。其结果与患者病程、血肿大小及CT表现作相关性分析。结果病程超过80d的病例血肿液中嗜酸细胞比例的均数显著高于未超过80d的病例组(P<0.01)。嗜酸性粒细胞比例超过60%组与低于50%组血肿液白细胞总数的均数比较(P<0.01)。血肿液嗜酸细胞的比例与新生膜嗜酸细胞浸润的程度一致,但它与慢性硬脑膜下血肿的大小无关。高嗜酸细胞比例的血肿,CT表现存在多样性。结论血肿存在时间越长,血肿液中嗜酸细胞比例越高;后期浸入血肿的炎症细胞大多是嗜酸性粒细胞。
