摘要
作者对６７例在椎弓椎体截骨矫正脊柱后凸畸形术中及术后发生手术并发症者进行分析。其中过量失血２例，脊椎滑脱６例，脊髓受压致瘫５例，神经根性疼痛６例，截骨角度丢失２６例，脑脊液漏及皮下蓄积５例，切口皮缘坏死１６例，鲁氏棒撬起穿破皮肤１例。作者分析了各种并发症发生原因、治疗结果及预防措施。作者认为，强直性脊柱炎患者应在病情稳定后手术，一个平面截骨角度不要过大。
Among total 67 postoperative complications resulted from osteotomy of vertebral arch and body in 439 cases of kyphosis,massive bleeding accounted for 2 cases (0.46%);spondylolisthesis, 6(137%); paraplegia caused by compressing of the spinal cord, 5(114%); root pain, 6(137%); loss of correction, 26(2955%);leaking and subcutaneous accumulation of CST,5(114%);incision necrosis, 16(364%);lifting of luque rod with peneatration through the skin,1(023%).Causes,treatment and prevention of these complications have been discussed in this study. We emphasize that the operation should be done after the stable of ankylosing spondylcitis.The degree of correction by osteotomy at onelevel should be limited.
