薄煤层液压支架虚拟样机的建模

摘要 介绍了虚拟样机技术的特点,分析步骤,并将其应用在液压支架的动力学建模及参数化分析上。由于Pro/E软件在三维建模上的优点,利用其建立液压支架的三维实体模型,借助Pro/E于ADAMS的接口模块,将其导入虚拟样机分析软件ADAMS中。 The characteristic of the virtual prototyping technique and the analysis process were introduced. It was used at the kinetic modeling and the parameterization analysis of the hydraulic support. Because of the strongpoint of the Pro/E software in the three- dimensional modeling, the three- dimensional mode of the hydraulic support was based by the Pro/E software. Make use of the interface module between Pro/E software and ADAMS software, it was put into the ADAMS software which was developed for the analysis of the virtual machine.
