摘要
糖尿病肾病是导致终末期肾病的主要原因。丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路,广泛存在各种真核细胞中,可将胞外刺激信号传递给胞核,是细胞应激和损伤反应的主要信号通路。该通路在糖尿病时被激活,与糖尿病肾病发病机制密切相关,本文就近年来该通路与糖尿病肾病(DN)关系的研究进展予以综述。
Diabetic nephropathy is a main cause of end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK) is wide spread in all of eucells and responsible for transfering some ecto-signs into cellular nucleus. It is a major signal of cell stress and cell injury. MAPK is activated in diabetic nephropathy. It is considered to be related to the pathogenesis. The article reviews the progress of the relation.
