摘要 过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(peroxisome proliferator activated receptors,PPARs)属于核受体超家族配体激活的转录因子,经转录激活靶基因,可影响脂质代谢、糖稳态、细胞增殖、分化和凋亡,以及炎症反应。目前,动脉粥样硬化被认为是一种慢性炎症反应。因此,PPARs激活通过调节新陈代谢及抗炎的双重作用影响动脉粥样硬化的发展。本文综述PPARs的结构和分布、PPARs配体、PPARs与动脉粥样硬化的关系。
