摘要
根据Genebank上发表的鸭肝炎病毒Ⅰ型(DHV-1)的部分序列设计了1对引物D1/D2,通过对反应条件的优化,建立起了有效的鸭肝炎病毒Ⅰ型的RT-PCR诊断方法。并应用此方法对近年在上海及周遍地区分离到的2株DHV-1分离毒进行了检测和测序鉴定,结果证实此株分离毒为DHV-1病毒。结果显示建立的DHV-1的PCR诊断方法具有快速、准确的优点。
We designed a pair of primers D1/D2 according to the sequences of DHV-1 strain registered by Genebank. We established and optimized the RT-PCR method to detect the DHV-1. The two Shanghai isolates of DHV-1 can be detected by the RT-PCR method. It was shown that the DHV-1 RNA of the isolates could be amplified by RT-PCR and we sequenced the products of RTPCR to confirm the isolates are DHV-1. The results show that the established PCR method is a quick and exact method for DHV-1 detection.
