摘要
Ｇａｓｔｒｏｓｔｙｌａｓｐ．包囊形成过程中纤毛器的去分化存在着三种形式：１）从细胞前端开始进行；２）从细胞后端开始进行；３）从细胞两端朝中央进行．其中纤毛器的去分化与伪尖毛虫不同之处在于：Ｇ．ｓｐ．是口围带先瓦解，其次是口侧膜；口围带瓦解的顺序是从其前端向后进行，而伪尖毛虫恰好都相反．Ｇａｓｔｒｏｔｙｌａｓｐ．成包囊过程中纤毛器的去分化与冠突伪尾柱虫相似之处在于：口围带瓦解的方向均是从其前端向后端进行；口围带均有断裂后成段瓦解的现象；纤毛杆均被吸收而部分毛基体保留．
During the encystment of Gastrostyla sp.,it was observed that there were three manners in dedifferentiation of ciliature:Initiation at the anterior of cell,initiation at the posterior of cell,and initiation from both poles toward cell's middine.During the emcystment of Oxytricha fallax, the AZM was first resorbed,then the paroral membrane did;the AZM was resorbed from it's posterior to anterior,while G. sp. was all contrary to O.fallax in dedifferemtiation of the cileature. G. sp. was similar to pseudourostyla cristata in dedifferentiation of ciliature. The AZM were all broken into sections and then resorbed; The ciliary shafts were resorbed and kinetosomes were preserved. On basis of the above observation,the author suggests that there is a controling machenism in G. sp.to changing the initiating site of dedifferentiation of ciliature.
