含联苯基团热致型液晶聚氨酯的合成与表征 被引量:5

Synthesis and characterization ofthermotropic liquidcrystalline polyurethanes containing biphenyl group

摘要 用溶液聚合的方法,联苯二酚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、丁二醇三元共缩聚合成了具有液晶性的主链型聚氨酯,在二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)溶剂体系中研究了酚羟基与芳族二异氰酸酯反应的条件,并用偏光显微镜法,示差扫描量热法和广角X射线衍射法研究了聚氨酯的液晶性质,证明合成的聚氨酯显示向列型液晶态,并且有较宽的液晶温度范围。 The reaction conditions of the phenolic hydroxyl group with diisocyanate were studied in the solvent N, Ndimethyl acetamide (DMAc). The liquidcrystalline polyurethanes were synthesized by the solvent copolymerization of 2,4TDI with 4,4'biphenol and 1,4butanediol, then their liquid crystalline properties were investigated by polarized optical microscope (POM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and wideangle Xray diffraction (WAXD), and the result shows the synthesized polyurethanes displaying nematic phase with quite wide liquid crystalline ranges.
