摘要
用溶液聚合的方法,联苯二酚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、丁二醇三元共缩聚合成了具有液晶性的主链型聚氨酯,在二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)溶剂体系中研究了酚羟基与芳族二异氰酸酯反应的条件,并用偏光显微镜法,示差扫描量热法和广角X射线衍射法研究了聚氨酯的液晶性质,证明合成的聚氨酯显示向列型液晶态,并且有较宽的液晶温度范围。
The reaction conditions of the phenolic hydroxyl group with diisocyanate were studied in the solvent N, Ndimethyl acetamide (DMAc). The liquidcrystalline polyurethanes were synthesized by the solvent copolymerization of 2,4TDI with 4,4'biphenol and 1,4butanediol, then their liquid crystalline properties were investigated by polarized optical microscope (POM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and wideangle Xray diffraction (WAXD), and the result shows the synthesized polyurethanes displaying nematic phase with quite wide liquid crystalline ranges.
