摘要
报道了中华涡蛛的染色体数目、形态结构和性染色体组成.实验材料采自石家庄郊区校园.细胞学数据主要来自对胚胎细胞有丝分裂中期的观察.实验结果表明:中华涡蛛的染色体数目是:雄性体细胞为17,雌性体细胞为18.性别决定机制是XO型.X染色体是全部染色体中最长的一个(对),并且是唯一的亚中着丝粒染色体,其常染色体均为端或亚端着丝粒染色体.这已被其C-带标本证明.对中华涡蛛染色体C-带标本分析表明:常染色体1号长臂上出现4条深带纹,2号为随体染色体.全部染色体均显示了清晰的着丝粒带.而常染色体1号、2号、4号、5号还显示出明显的端粒带,G-显带标本上,也显示了较清晰的带纹.
Peported the chromosomal number,chromosamal form and structure and sex -chromosome components of Octonoba sinensis. The experiment material were collected from the suburbs of Shijiazhuang. The cytological data were mainly obtained from mitosic metaphase of the embryo cells. the result shows the chromosomal number of Octonoba sinensis is as follows:the somatic cells have 17 chromosomes in the male and 18chromosomes in the female respectively. The mechanism of sex - determination is of the XO type. The X - chromosome is the longest (pairs)of the karyotype. All aotosomes seen to consist of telo - or acro - centriecs as demonstrated by its C - bands specimen. Analysis of C - banding specimen proves that at the long arm of the aotosome 1# there are four deep C-bands. 2# is sat-chremosome. All chromosomes reveal clear centromere bands.The long arms of 1#, 2#, 4#, 5# also reveal T-bands. In the specimen of G-banding technique stable bands have been obtained.
