粪便环氧合酶-2检测在结直肠肿瘤诊断中的作用

摘要 目的探讨粪便环氧合酶(COX)-2检测在结直肠肿瘤诊断中的作用。方法通过收集21例结直肠腺癌患者(结直肠腺癌组)、17例结直肠腺瘤样息肉患者(结直肠腺瘤样息肉组)以及23例存在腹痛、贫血、粪便异常等症状对照患者(对照组)的粪便,检测粪便中COX-2。结果结直肠腺瘤样息肉组和结直肠腺癌组的COX-2阳性率分别为88%和95%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而对照组的COX-2阳性率为0,对照组与结直肠腺癌组及结直肠腺瘤样息肉组比较差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.01)。结论粪便COX-2检测对于发现结直肠腺癌和结直肠腺瘤样息肉具有一定敏感度,是有前途的无创检测方法,用于早期发现结直肠肿瘤及癌前病变。
