阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者无创正压通气治疗的依从性分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）患者无创正压通气治疗的依从性。方法随访自愿进行家庭无创正压通气治疗的44例OSAHS患者，分析其治疗的依从性及影响因素。结果无创正压通气治疗依从性良好者23例，占52．3％，主要影响因素为疗效好、治疗前症状重、良好的家属督导；依从性差者9例，占20．4％，主要影响因素为认知变化、治疗繁琐、缺失家属督导；依从性一般者12例，占27．3％。结论影响患者依从性的因素是多方面的，加强督导，树立患者长期治疗的信心，有助于提高患者的依从性。
