摘要
藏汉双语教学是我国民族教育中的一项基本政策,提高藏汉双语教师培训的质量是发展民族教育的重要方面。本研究以甘南州夏河县藏汉双语教师培训为研究对象,经过调查问卷和深度访谈,对培训的现状、需求、产生的影响、经费及有效性等方面进行定量和定性的分析,提出影响藏汉双语教师培训的研究建议。
Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching is a national basic education policy, and enhance the quality of the Tibetan- Chinese bilingual teacher training is an important aspect to develop the national education. In this study, through depth interviews and surveys in Xiahe County of Gannan Autonomy State, analyzing the status , demand, cost and effectiveness of the training, propose suggestions on Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teacher training.
