摘要
目的:探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的技术要领,以提高阳性率和准确性,减少并发症,提高病变的诊断和介入治疗。方法:收集完整的CT引导下经皮肺穿刺112例,随访其活检材料的病理结果。对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:112例患者全部穿刺成功,技术成功率为100%,活检诊断符合率为92%。并发症包括气胸4例,咯血11例。结论CT引导经皮肺穿刺的成功能提高诊断的阳性率,尽可能减少并发症的产生,减少病人的照射量。穿刺成功与否主要与是否熟悉解剖部位,确定扫描体位,穿刺点选定,穿刺针类型及进针角度有关。
Objective To explore the diagnosis value of CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy in patients with pneumonic diseases.Methods CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle was carried out in 112 patients with pneumonic diseases,followed by pathological examination. The accuracy was analyzed in all cases.Results All patients were operated on successfully.The achievement ratio was 100%.The diagnose accordance rate was 92%, the complication consisted of pneumatothorax in 4 cases and hemoptysis in 11 cases. Conclusion CT-guided percu- taneous needle biopsy in pneumonic diseases is a safe and effective diagnostic means, which has a high diagnostic rate with few complications.
