摘要
目的为1例银屑病性关节炎患者制定循证治疗方案。方法充分评估患者情况后,提出临床问题,计算机检索Guideline美国国立指南库、Cochrane图书馆(2007年第3期)、MEDLINE数据库(PubMed网站1980年1月至2007年7月)。结果共检索到与不同问题相关的文献11篇,其中美国国立指南2篇,Cochrane图书馆系统评价1篇,PubMed荟萃分析1篇和随机对照试验文献7篇。通过对检索结果进行分析,为患者制定了合理的治疗方案。经6个月的治疗随访,证实该方案适合患者。结论采用循证医学的方法,为银屑病性关节炎患者制定合理的治疗方案,可提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the methods of evidence-based individualized treatment for a psoriatic arthritis sufferer. Methods After clinical problems were put forward, evidences were collected from Guideline, Cochrane Library （third issue, 2007）, MEDIJNE （PubMed 1980.1-2007.7）. Results A total of eleven articles related to different problems were acquired. Two guidelines were obtained from National Guideline Clearinghouse, one systematic review from Cochrane Library, and seven RCTs from PubMed. A rational treatment plan was made upon a serious evaluation of the data. After 6 months＇ follow-up, the plan was proved optical. Conclusion The treatment efficacy in the psoriatic arthritis patient has been improved by determining an individualized treatment plan according to evidence-based methods.
